In order to confirm the reservation you have to pay the 50% deposit of the total amount of your stay. As soon as you send us confirmation of the payment by email showing the budget number, we will confirm your reservation and let you know how the group will be distributed in the rooms!

You will pay the rest of the amount at the hostel when you arrive.

Cancellations needs to be done by email or telephone and confirmed by us.

You are allowed to cancel or change your reservation up to 7 days before your arrival at the hostel if your group has less than 25 people. Cancellations done less than 7 days before arrival will penalized by a 100% of the total amount.

If you are a big group (+25 people) you can cancel with no cost up to one month before your arrival. We accept modification up to two weeks before your arrival. Cancellations done less than 30 days before arrival and modification done before two weeks before arrival will penalized by a 100% of the total amount.
